Delivering the New Lane7 Leeds Venue

B2PM are delighted to have continued their strong working relationship providing full Project Management and Quantity Surveying services on this new Lane7 site in Leeds.

 
Since August 2024, we have been supporting Lane 7 with full Project Management and Quantity Surveying services, delivering high-energy leisure venues that combine bowling, gaming, karaoke, interactive golf, bars and food within their distinctive immersive environments.

The Leeds project involved the coordination of complex fit-out works, structural alterations, specialist installations and detailed M&E and AV packages, all delivered within a fast-paced programme.

Working closely with the wider design and contractor teams, the project was successfully delivered through to completion, adding another venue to Lane7’s growing portfolio of entertainment spaces nationwide.
