We have provided full Project Management services for JD Sports Fashion Plc for over eight years, delivering new store openings and refurbishment projects across the UK and Republic of Ireland. During that time, we’ve completed more than 500 projects, ranging in value from £100k to £15m, supporting JD’s continued growth.
Our role covers the full project lifecycle, often within fast-paced programmes and live retail environments where coordination, consistency and attention to detail are critical. This long-standing relationship has seen us become a trusted delivery partner for JD’s flagship and new-concept stores.
Key projects include the £15m, 17,000 sq ft JD Trafford Centre — the largest JD store in the world — alongside multiple refurbishments at JD Oxford Street. We have also delivered new-concept stores at JD Stratford (2023), JD Liverpool ONE (2018), and the forthcoming JD Oxford Street new concept.
Beyond JD stores, we work across a wide range of JD-owned brands including Size?, HIP, Tessuti, Blacks, Go Outdoors and Bank Fashion. Each brand brings its own identity and operational requirements, and our approach adapts accordingly while maintaining consistent delivery standards.
Our experience extends into complex environments, having delivered projects in over ten UK airports, including Heathrow, Gatwick and Manchester. We are also currently working with JD on the redevelopment of their head office in Bury, Manchester, under a rolling three-year contract.
