Lane7 Ocean Terminal Venue Successfully Delivered

We are thrilled to hand over the new Lane 7 venue at Ocean Terminal on 6th May, continuing our work with the brand as they expand across the UK and Ireland.

Since August 2024, we have been supporting Lane 7 with full Project Management and Quantity Surveying services, delivering high-energy leisure venues that combine bowling, gaming, karaoke, interactive golf, bars and food within their distinctive immersive environments.

The Ocean Terminal project involved the coordination of complex fit-out works, specialist installations and detailed M&E and AV packages, all delivered within a fast-paced programme and live commercial environment.

Working closely with the wider design and contractor teams, the project was successfully delivered through to completion, adding another venue to Lane7’s growing portfolio of entertainment spaces nationwide.
