We’ve been working with Under Armour since August 2022, supporting their continued expansion across the UK with full project management and quantity surveying services. Each store brings its own challenges, but the objective is always the same: deliver high-quality fit-outs that reflect the brand’s athletic identity while keeping programmes tight and openings on schedule.
To date, we’ve delivered complete store fit-outs in Battersea, Oxford Street, Stratford, Bridgend, Caledonia Park, the Cotswolds, the O2 and Boulevard in Northern Ireland. These schemes vary in size and complexity, from high-footfall flagship environments to outlet destinations with unique structural constraints, but all require disciplined coordination from pre-construction through to handover.

Programme durations range from six to eighteen weeks, depending on scope, with many projects progressing under fast-track conditions. Managing specialist finishes, brand-led feature elements, technical installations and large FF&E packages demands clear communication with suppliers, tight cost control and a proactive approach to detail.
