Contract Administration
B2PM provide a thorough and comprehensive Contract Administration service when appointed at nay pint within a project life-cycle. We specialise in all major forms on construction contracts and have extensive experience with all components of the JCT contract suite and NEC contracts.
We aim to manage out the contractual risk within projects for our clients and always ensure that we fairly administer contracts to reduce the possibilities for contractual disputes, mitigate potential claims and keep projects on track to achieve client targets.
