Employers Agent
B2PM are able to offer Employers Agent services on projects primarily delivered through design and build style procurement approaches.
When appointed to a project we work closely with the client team / project manager to implement a smooth running and management of projects from the outset.
B2PM’s Employers Agent services include but are not limited to the following:
- Manage Project Timetable and Risk Register
- Prepare & Assist with Employer’s Requirements
- Co-ordinate and manage pre-contract Design Team members
- Appoint Contractor’s including preparation of building contracts
- Administer building contracts
- Agree project Key Performance Indicators
- Chair and minute regular Progress Meetings
- Issue regular Progress and Financial Reports
