As part of our continuing partnership with JD Sports, B2PM were appointed as Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors for this flagship store in Dublin, Ireland.
The project involved amalgamating 3 existing units to form this single 35,000 sq ft unit over 2 floors in a prime shopping location in the centre of Dublin. The building is listed and situated on a busy High Street both of which had their own challenges which were overcome.
With a combination of hard work and team work we managed to fast track this project in order for it to be trading for the busy Christmas period.
I think everyone involved would agree a thoroughly tricky project however the aesthetical and financial results for our client are stunning.
