B2PM were appointed as Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors for this flagship and iconic store in Liverpool One, Liverpool.
The existing site was split into 2 existing units which we striped out and amalgamated to form this 32,000 sq ft unit over 3 floors in a prime shopping location in the centre of Liverpool. The structural requirements to form the required layout were huge but delivered successfully through clear communication and close management.
Some key features to this scheme includes a bespoke pre-cast concrete stair, new technology ‘transparent’ media screens and a feature gravity chute to deliver product from the stock room to the customer on the sales floor below.
A thoroughly enjoyable project with striking results.
