B2PM were appointed as Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors for the continued expansion of the Yard & Coop brand into Leeds.
This project involved the strip-out and amalgamation of existing restaurant, office and accommodation space to form a new restaurant over three floors. Based in the thriving Merrion St location, which is also within a conservation area, this project posed many challenges to overcome through reinstatement and preservation of the existing.
The end product has received great reviews following the grand opening which always makes the teams hard work on this project worthwhile.
